Upgrading is free, and your members come with you
- 1. Ask us to move your group. We copy your members, plan, remaining credit, operators and recent messages.
- 2. Rez the new controller. It links to your moved group automatically.
- 3. Swap your kiosks at your own pace. Until you do, people who join or leave at old kiosks are synced across.
Questions
Can I add people to my list myself?+
No. Residents join by confirming at a kiosk. That's what keeps lists clean and members willing. Moving an existing list over from the previous Subscribe-O-Matic is handled by our team.
How do I sign in? There's no password.+
Touch your controller (or any Subscribe-O-Matic terminal) and choose Dashboard or Open website. You get a one-time link. You can also type a code shown on the website into a terminal.
What happens if my controller is offline?+
People can still join and leave at your kiosks and on the web. Messages and gifts wait safely and go out as soon as your controller is back.
I got a message I don't want. How do I stop it?+
Click the link at the end of the message and choose Leave. You can also manage all your groups at My subscriptions.
